SINGLE CERTIFICATE

Certificate of Celibacy (Single Certificate): It is a document that states if a person is single, divorced, or widow/er. It should be taken from the proper Civil Status Registry Office. The legalization of the document changes whether the state is a member of the La Hague convention. In other words, the single certificate can be provided under the apostille or the legalization of the Turkish embassy in the respective country.
